Annual billing is paid upfront: Essentials £990, Studio £4,990, Agency £9,990 excluding VAT (Essentials £1,188, Studio £5,988, Agency £11,988 including 20% UK VAT). Source and export allowances reset monthly; storage remains active capacity. Enterprise annual terms are quoted individually.
Every new plan includes supported multicamera recordings. Each camera consumes source minutes: 60 minutes with two cameras uses 120 source minutes.
A paid subscription is required to process footage; creating an account grants no free processing.
Retention and support
Studio and Agency include unlimited editors and brands within one account. Source, export and storage allowances are shared; brands do not create separate accounts, private client libraries or additional licences.
For new paid plans, media has no age-based expiry while your subscription is active and stays within its storage allowance. After your paid subscription period ends without renewal, new processing stops and we keep media for 30 calendar days for retrieval or reactivation. Deletion may follow only after at least 7 calendar days’ notice naming the deletion date; it is reviewed by our team, never automatic on day 30. Existing agreements retain their terms.
We aim for a first human response within 2 business days on Essentials and 1 business day on Studio or Agency. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 UK time (Europe/London), excluding England and Wales bank holidays. Agency requests take priority among issues of the same severity; service-wide incidents are prioritised for everyone. An automated receipt does not count as the first response. These are response targets, not resolution guarantees or an SLA. Enterprise support is agreed in the quote.
Agency teams share their account’s contracted allowances across client brands. Enterprise is quoted for a single organisation with higher usage or a group of organisations.

- What does Anjin Media actually return?
- A finished, rendered edit - and the cut plan behind it. Every segment lists its source video, transcript text and source timecodes, so you can review the plan before rendering and verify each moment after.
- How is this different from an AI clipper?
- A clipper isolates one highlight at a time. Anjin Media executes a brief: it selects several relevant moments - they don't need to be adjacent - removes repetition and composes them into one narrative at the duration and aspect ratio you set.
- What footage can I use?
- Your own. Upload long-form video - interviews, webinars, talks, productions - and it is transcribed with word-level timecodes and indexed once. From then on, every moment in it is addressable from a brief.
- Can my AI agent drive it?
- Yes. The full workflow - sources in, brief in, edit out - is available through a REST API and an MCP server, so agents and tools can create compositions the same way a person does in the app.
